Now, with all of these new beauty trends we MUST have some new beauty products to help us out with them right? Not only do we have some amazing new product launches that provide us with the perfect solution to creating our own looks from the runway, but we also have brand new individual collections to try out as well!First off let’s discuss the COLOUR trend we have been seeing on this Fall’s runway. Luckily for us, now that colour is back in, brands have the perfect opportunity to launch new and fun product colours for our eyes/lips/ and face. Let’s take a look!

Huda Beauty Desert Dusk Palette ($85)

huda-beauty_desert-dusk_002_paletteOne word. WOW. Huda NEVER fails to stun us all with her incredible products and high quality pigments and the new Desert Dusk eyeshadow palette DOES not disappoint. Not only does this palette have incredible reds, oranges, and purples BUT it also has beautiful metallic colours which is also a trend we saw on the runways this fall that can is so easily wearable for us on a day-to-basis. With 18 shadows to choose from, this palette offers endless looks to try throughout the fall season, with the appropriate colours to match the season. Not to mention these colour would look GORGEOUS as a glossy lid, right?!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture Palette and Matte Lipsticks

Anastasia-Beverly-Hills-Subculture-PaletteAnastasia has colours GALORE with these two new product launches ranging from bright yellow, orange, BLUE (amazing), green, and grey for the eyes and turquoise, grey, purple, and so many more for lips. Subculture contains the most gorgeous yellow, blue, metallic green, and light peachy colours for the eyes and of course with colour so pigmented there is no question about whether your eyes will POPPIN! This palette was released just in time for us to try out these fun new pigmented lid and colour-blocked eye trends. The matte lipstick product launch released some fun new shades that dare us to step outside the bounds of our typical nude, pink, brown lips and step into a world of intense colour. Smoke, Insomniac, and Cobalt are 3 new coloured lipsticks that are grey, turquoise, and dark blue. Although not many can picture themselves wearing these colours, the world is slowly starting to accept fun new colours like these as a fun switch-up for your look on a night-out and I for one WILL be trying these out.

Too Faced Peaches and Cream Collection

201708_toofaced_peachesandcream_justpeachyAlthough we all already know Too Faced has incredible products with great quality and pigment and would buy their products any day, the added fact that this collection has an intense smell in every product of peaches and cream automatically makes the sale. I myself have tested out and smelt these products and they are absolutely HEAVENLY. The collection launched new matte lipsticks, a matte velvet eyeshadow palette, a setting spray, primer formula, foundation, setting powder, range of blushes, translucent photo-finish powder, and a highlighter. The eyeshadow colours range between brown, pink, and light purple and do not disappoint on the pigment. The colour Peach Punch would make a beautiful pigmented lid, even on its own with no crease colour as a basic, yet beautiful look. The foundation formula has a medium-to-full coverage finish and has a range for all coloured complexions. It feels (and smells) like you are putting on the softest cream in the world with a matte/dewy finish and the translucent setting powder to finish gives us the complete airbrushed look. The highlighter is gorgeous and light, with 3 colours mixed into one to create the perfect glow. 10/10 would recommend y’all check out this collection because it is definitely not one you want to miss!

FENTY Beauty by Rihanna

Let’s talk about the much anticipated release of FENTY Beauty by RIHANNA! Now many are probably thinking if the beauty collection is as amazing as her PumaXFenty clothing collection, then this girl has it made. Well, this girl has it MADE because she absolutely smashed it with this collection! Within it there is a foundation range of 42 colours. That’s right- 42 colours! And let me just add, that this is SO hard to find from brands. Can we all take a second to appreciate the time and effort she put into thinking about every single one of us beauty junkies and our different complexions? AMEN GIRL. Along with foundation she released contour and highlight sticks with an incredible range from a holographic alien glow to a basic everyday pinky/white highlight, as well as some highlighter powder/blush duos and the incredible KILLAWATT single highlighter (shown above). Killawatt is one of the most pigmented and beautiful highlighters I have ever tried in my life. This colour looks beautiful on any skin tone, but it especially highlights and compliments our darker complexion beauties. The prices range between $40-$50 for all of the skin products, and the lipgloss is between $20-35. For a first time collection in beauty, Rihanna has absolutely killed the make-up game and I cannot wait to see what else she comes up with. All of this is available on Sephora online and in-store!

Colourpop’s Fem Rosa Collection, Yes Please, and I Think I Love You Palettes

Picture1To wrap up Fall 2017’s beauty trends we of course have to mention Colourpop. Colourpop is my utmost 100% ride or die holy make-up grail. There is not other way to describe it! The products, whether it be eyes, lips, or face are always SO incredibly pigmented and soft. The price range is literally UNBELIEVABLE. For both palettes mentioned above, the price is $16 USD. So around $18-20 CDN. FOR 12 EYESHADOW COLOURS?!?!?! That is unheard of. And let alone the quality is high-end, not drugstore which is unheard of.The Fem Rosa collection contains 3 new lippies, an eyeshadow palette and a face palette. The Lippies all together are $14 USD, Eyeshadow $16, and face $14. All together the collection is $40 USD. To go with the metallic and colour trends we have discussed, the highlighter, gloss, and eyeshadows all contain elements that coincide perfectly with these trends.Picture1The Yes Please! Palette is also no disappointment as we have the beloved yellow colour we have been seeing in this Fall’s runway looks. The burnt orange, sunset orange, and red mixed with metallic creates a perfect fall palette for us to experiment with at a VERY affordable price. Colourpop does not want it’s customers to invest in products they may not like so they strive to create affordable prices for all to keep their customers coming back. If you have not tried Colourop, this fall is definitely the time to invest and become #obsessed.
