Street- Style Queen’s: Winter EditionWhen the temperature drops, the last thing we want to do is crawl out of our warm beds and trudge across campus to our 8:30 classes. On most days, there is a strong temptation to throw on a hoodie and a pair of sweats. And the idea of looking like an urban Eskimo doesn’t seem too awful if it means surviving the awful winter weather. Not only do hats and scarves keep you warm, but they also are fun to mix and match. But adding a splash of colour will make you stand out. Sometimes, layering different patterns and colours could end up disastrous and give off a tacky vibe. The trick is to keep it simple. Invest in basics; articles that you love on their own, and as a part of an ensemble.
