Everyone is entitled to having just one guilty pleasure. Okay, maybe more then just one, but regardless, we all have those things we shouldn’t like, but do enjoy anyways. I'd like to think that mine isn’t all that bad. What is it, you’re asking? Drum roll please…Coldplay.Coldplay has always had a special place in my love for music, and in my opinion, Parachutes is one of the best debut albums to ever be released. To this day, I still listen to that album from beginning to end at least once a week.On Saturday, Coldplay announced that they would be releasing their “final” album on December 4th, A Head Full of Dreams, and they are enlisting a pretty extensive group of guest musicians that will be appearing on the album. Beyoncé, Noel Gallagher, Tove Lo, and Merry Clayton have already been confirmed, but I wouldn't be surprised to hear a few more names being released in the near future.I know you're probably asking yourself the same question as myself, “But what will life be like without Coldplay?” Lets just hope that we see more of them in the near future.Inspired by all this news, this week’s playlist is Coldplay-infused featuring music ranging back to their early recordings. Don’t freak out if you aren't a fan, there is more then just Coldplay on it, I promise.Yours Creatively,Matt Newediuk, Music EditorImage: Atlantic Records
